For Project Owners
A: After logging in, go to your dashboard, click “Post Project”, and fill in the required details such as project name, description, city, budget range, and attachments.
A: Yes. From the “My Projects” section, you can edit, archive, or delete your project until it is finalized.
A: All offers appear in your dashboard under “Incoming Offers.” You can accept, reject, or negotiate each one.
A: Yes. All contracts prepared and signed with lawyers on Nisbaty are legally valid documents, either digitally signed or downloadable in print.
For Buyers
A: Use the “Browse Projects” page to see all active listings. You can filter by city, category, price, and rating.
A: Open the project you’re interested in and click “Send Offer.” Fill in your price, proposed timeline, and any additional notes.
A: In your dashboard, the “My Requests” section shows the status of each offer: Pending, Declined, or Accepted & Contracted.
A: Yes. After completing a deal, you will be prompted to leave feedback and rate the project owner and/or lawyer.
A: Yes. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways (Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, etc.) to ensure buyer protection.
For Lawyers
A: Create a Legal Profile with your specialization, license number, and experience. Then, respond to requests from project owners or buyers.
A: Yes. You can upload templates to your Contract Library and customize them for each client.
A: Fees are set by you and agreed upon with the client. Payments are securely processed through the platform.
A: All finalized contracts are automatically archived in your Legal Documents Library, where you can view, download, or reference them later.
A: Yes. After completing each service, clients can rate and review you, helping build your professional reputation.
